Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and address queries related to Blue Bus services. Responsibilities include managing calls, assisting with bookings, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor to represent Blue Bus effectively in all interactions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers Basic Computer Literacy for managing booking systems and customer records Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer need Previous experience in call center operations or customer support is a plus
