We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling import/export operations, coordinating with shipping companies and customs brokers, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up import and export shipments from start to delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Track shipment status and resolve any logistics issues.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipping documents.
