????Key Responsibilities:✅Develop, review, and oversee architectural designs for industrial and commercial projects✔️Ensure compliance with client requirements, Egyptian building regulations, and industry standards✅Lead and coordinate architectural activities throughout project phases✔️Coordinate closely with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration and project efficiency✅Review architectural drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation✔️Support technical discussions and coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders✅Ensure high-quality design deliverables within project timelines✔️Participate in resolving technical and design-related challenges during project execution
????Requirements:????Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering✅15–20+ years of experience in architectural design and consultancy✔️Strong experience in industrial and commercial projects✅Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and BIM✔️Strong knowledge of Egyptian building regulations and local codes✅Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills????Fluent English is required as a working language✔️Registered with the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate and holding a Consultant Engineer Certificate
????Preferred Qualifications:✅Experience in large-scale EPC projects✔️Previous experience working with Chinese EPC companies is considered a strong advantage
