Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting customers and tenants to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content for mall activities and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the retail and real estate markets.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and market analysis, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Manage the malls social media presence, creating and curating engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Organize tenant engagement programs, promotional events, and special offers to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Work closely with mall tenants to support their marketing efforts and ensure alignment with mall branding guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate on-ground events, activations, and exhibitions within the mall to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, managing logistics, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain consistency in mall branding across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives to strengthen the malls identity in the market.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage project deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including leasing and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners for advertising, PR, and media buying activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or retail/commercial malls sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
