Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial records, and prepare annual budget
- Manage clients invoices
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards or Egyptian Tax laws
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits
- Provide support for various financial analysis projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
