-Monitor and moderate online interactions on social media, forums, and live chat to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Professionally respond to customer inquiries with accurate information on financial products and services.
-Resolve customer issues related to loans, payments, or account management.
-Foster community participation and brand trust through meaningful discussions.
-Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and flagged content to the Customer Care Manager.
-Manage conflicts and resolve disputes with fairness and composure, effectively handling challenging situations.
