Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Work from Home Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide customer support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires adhering to company policies and procedures to provide consistent and professional customer service.
