Internship Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Make and receive phone calls to coordinate tasks, schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Enter data and update records in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist with coordinating website build projects—track progress, gather necessary materials, and communicate updates.
  • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Client Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and project teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding information, payments, or approvals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent English fluency in all written and verbal communications.

SEO Coordination and Follow-ups:

  • Work with the SEO team to understand ongoing SEO tasks and schedules.
  • Communicate updates and action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply basic SEO principles under the guidance of our in-house experts.

Request for Proposals (RFP) Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofing RFPs.
  • Gather and organize required documentation, ensuring all proposal requirements are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; current college student or recent graduate preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc.).
    • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred but not required; training will be provided.
    • Willingness to learn basic SEO concepts and website management tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
