Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor at RAYA CX in Giza. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for customer-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient telephone manners, providing customer support, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Telephone Manner and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in handling customer service inquiries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English speaking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
