About the job
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Digital Coordinator to join our team in Mansoura! If you have experience in social media management, website updates, and task coordination, this role is for you.
🔹 Responsibilities
1️⃣ Social Media & Community Management
- Manage Facebook Pages and other social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.).
- Schedule and post content, execute the marketing plan, and respond to community inquiries.
- Write and post short-form content for social media.
- Manage WhatsApp Groups: create and update groups for new members.
2️⃣ Website Management
- Manage client websites: create and update posts, edit existing content.
3️⃣ Email & Communication Management
- Check and respond to emails.
- Follow up with the internal team regarding inquiries and support requests.
4️⃣ Task & Project Management
- Execute marketing plans: create tasks, assign to content creators/designers, and track progress.
- Task delegation & follow-ups: ensure deadlines are met and the team stays aligned.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) to collect, organize, and format data into presentable reports.
5️⃣ Meeting Coordination & Delegation
- Take notes during meetings, highlight key action items, and summarize important points.
- Delegate tasks based on meeting outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups for completion.
🔹 Requirements (Must-Have)
✅ Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram, X) and engaging with online communities.
✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
🔹 Bonus Skills (A Plus!)
➕ Familiarity with Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
➕ Experience with WordPress content management.
➕ Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
➕ Basic skills in Graphic Design Tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
