Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- creates presentations
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.
- Manage, Maintain and order office supplies such as grocery, stationary and the follow up the needed maintenance
- Help office members with documentation
- follow-up the employee phone credit usage (Communication Company)
- Support the team in devices issues and transferring data
- Manage Office Assets
- Manage office payments (internet, electricity, devices …ets)
- Manage Archiving Manage transferring data through devices
- Manage the Devices and branches maintenance
- Take signatures from the CEO and deliver it the competent authority
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Max age 25
- Giza residents is preferred
