Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
  • creates presentations
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.
  • Manage, Maintain and order office supplies such as grocery, stationary and the follow up the needed maintenance
  • Help office members with documentation
  • follow-up the employee phone credit usage (Communication Company)
  • Support the team in devices issues and transferring data
  • Manage Office Assets
  • Manage office payments (internet, electricity, devices …ets)
  • Manage Archiving Manage transferring data through devices
  • Manage the Devices and branches maintenance
  • Take signatures from the CEO and deliver it the competent authority 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Max age 25
  • Giza residents is preferred
