Job Description

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers ,addressing inquiries, providing products ,service information and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transaction , and feedback.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
