About the job

Responsivities

  • Act as the first contact point with the customers at the reception of the service center, direct them on the workflows of their cars, and manage their experience in terms of status updates of their cars and ensuring that the customer is getting the best customer service.
  • Prepare the daily bookings sheet and data and align with the engineers to prepare for the next working day.
  • Ensure that all car details are registered on the internal system and assign the car to the service advisor in charge whether it is a pre-booked maintenance or an emergency.
  • Register first time cars into the internal system and create a complete profile including all the car details.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records, ensuring easy
  • Document and maintain the daily reports of visitors and ensure that customer data are updated
  • Manage the reception area physical appearance and provide the customer with all the needed facilities during their stay in the branch (office service, prayer, …. Etc)

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

Years of experience:

  • 0-1 years of overall experience in a customer service role – preferably face to face customer interaction
