We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience across our eCommerce and software projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email & phone.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and general support.
  • Provide guidance on software solutions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints professionally and strive to resolve them efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Ability to multitask and manage different types of customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
