We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience across our eCommerce and software projects.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email & phone.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and general support.
- Provide guidance on software solutions and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints professionally and strive to resolve them efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Ability to multitask and manage different types of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
