Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Recruiter based in Giza, with some work from home acceptable. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Duties will also include managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage job postings and coordinate interviews
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Background in human resources or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
