Telesales Representative – DME Campaign (Outbound)
A reputable outsourcing firm is seeking motivated individuals to join its telesales team for a U.S.-based Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign.
Position Overview:
The role involves making outbound calls to U.S. senior citizens to offer medical equipment covered by insurance. Agents will follow a structured script and transfer qualified leads to the sales department.
Key Details:
• On-site for the first month, then remote (equipment provided)
• Fixed shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Two days off (Saturday and Sunday)
• Monthly salary: EGP 7,000 – 10,000 + average commission of EGP 6,000
• Weekly commission payouts and performance-based incentives
• Paid training included
• Six-month loyalty bonus
Candidate Requirements:
• Proficient English (B2+ or C1)
• Open to students, graduates, and career changers
• Egyptians and foreign nationals welcome
