Job Description

  •  familiar with platform operations; manage warehousing and shipping processes, negotiate shipping rates, optimize delivery networks, and handle unexpected logistics issues.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the products and return/exchange policies; respond quickly to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online chat to complete orders whenever possible and improve repurchase rates.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills; 
  • Strong sense of service and responsibility; product sensitivity and customer insight.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab is a plus.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with exceptional abilities may also be considered.
