Job Description

  • Organize and maintain accessible and retrievable archives and database systems by sorting and classifying physical and electronic records to ensure efficient access to archival materials.
  • Arrange the evaluation, selection, copying, scanning, retrieval, storage, and filing of documents by applying proper archiving methods and tools to preserve the integrity and accessibility of company records.
  • Assist in handling documents and records across all departments and business lines by coordinating with various teams on document storage and archiving to maintain a centralized record-keeping system.
  • Update assigned transactions and check recorded inbound and outbound transactions in inventory records/systems by using online platforms and maintaining proper documentation files to ensure accurate and traceable inventory data.
  • Carry out store operational tasks by performing store transactions, maintaining tidiness, ensuring safety and security, and supporting concerned departments to optimize store operations and compliance.
  • Arrange the warehouse store area by organizing space utilization and participating in semi-annual or annual physical inventory counts to support efficient operations and accurate inventory reporting.
  • Use inventory management and electronic archiving systems (Odoo System & E-archiving System) by recording all incoming and outgoing goods and documents correctly to improve storage and retrieval processes.
  • Support miscellaneous job-related duties by assisting with additional tasks as needed to contribute to the overall effectiveness and flexibility of the department.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field
  •  1 – 3 years of experience
