We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in mass hiring, preferably with previous experience in security services or facility management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs within defined timelines.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Utilize all sourcing channels (job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
• Develop and maintain new talent sourcing pipelines.
• Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on hiring activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass hiring.
• Previous experience in security or services companies is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
