We Are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in mass hiring, preferably with previous experience in security services or facility management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Utilize all sourcing channels (job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
- Develop and maintain new talent sourcing pipelines.
- Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on hiring activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mass hiring.
- Previous experience in security or services companies is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
