Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients an Office Admin
Responsibility:
Manage office supplies inventory and
Place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems,
- Answer and direct phone calls and
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and
- Assist in preparing reports,
- Liaise with vendors, service providers,
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer client calls and handle inquiries
- Call potential clients to discuss services,
- Make payment request calls and follow up
- Handle client frustration calls with
necessary
- Pass on relevant requests and
clients
- support the management with
additional tasks and responsibilities as
Requirements:
1 - 2 Years of Experience
- Proven experience in an office
relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,
- Excellent written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
