This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone interactions, resolving customer issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience through excellent service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cairo & Giza residence only
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
