Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CMA certification or recognized Costing Diploma is strongly preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant cost accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• SAP proficiency is mandatory
• Solid understanding of cost accounting standards, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert financial data into operational insight.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
