Internship Description
Recruitment and Hiring:
Developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Sourcing and screening candidates.
Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns and complaints.
Mediating conflict and resolving disputes. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Internship Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
