About the job
1- Implement customer service policies and instructions approved by the showroom manager.
2- Provide a warm welcome to customers, promptly resolve their problems, and respond to inquiries.
3- Follow up on after-sales operations, such as inspection, supply, installation, and maintenance, until the process is completed.
4- Contact customers to determine their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
5- Submit a daily report on customer problems to the showroom manager.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
