Key Responsibilities
.Provide support and enhancements to ongoing training programs, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants.
.Support onboarding and scheduling of trainers, coaches, and participants
.Maintain accurate records of program delivery, attendance, and feedback
.Liaise with marketing, sales, and client success teams to align on timelines and deliverables
.Handle inquiries related to schedules, program logistics, and participant support
.Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating effectively with learners
.Handle all pre-event and post-event administration processes, from sending invitations and collecting feedback to issuing attendance certificates and collecting documentation.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an operational,
administrative role within learning and development/training departments, event planning, or other related fields.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
