Social Media Manager (Remote – UAE Resident Preferred)

Location: Remote (Candidates able to work EST hours preferred)

Compensation: $1,000–$3,000/month based on experience and performance

As we scale, we’re looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic content and email/SMS channels.

About the Role

This is more than a content posting job — we’re looking for someone to own and elevate our social media strategy and email strategy and execution across key platforms, with a strong focus on brand consistency, engagement, and performance-driven growth.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing engaging content across:

Instagram

TikTok

YouTube Shorts

LinkedIn

Email and SMS (via platforms like Klaviyo)

Managing and maintaining a strategic content calendar

Collaborating with creators/influencers and sourcing UGC

Monitoring performance metrics and reporting weekly

Supporting paid campaigns through aligned organic content

Compensation

Starts at $1,000/month, with potential to grow up to $3,000/month after a 2-month probation period based on performance and initiative.
