• Search for candidates and review CVs.
• Do the interviews with applicants.
• Choose the best candidates and coordinate interviews with our team.
• Make sure all 3 sales reps are hired within 2–3 weeks.
• Give us regular updates on progress.
• make the payroll

• Good at finding and selecting the right people.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in hiring for sales or marketing roles is a plus.
