Job Description

• Execute Q.S for different elements.
• Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
• Visit site and record information about access, drainage and topography, and availability of services such as water and electricity.
• Engaged in the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.

 

Job Requirements

1. Structural Degree from reputable university (governmental Univ. only)
2. Two years at least as Q.S Engineer.
3. Very good communication and presentation skills.
4. Very good English language.
5. Very good using Computer programs as Microsoft office-Adobe Acrobat-Autocad -….etc.
6. The candidate should be motivated, creative and hard-worker.
7. Ability to work solely (independent) or as part of a team.
8. Stick to deadlines.
