Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials to propose solutions that suit them.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, agents, and third parties.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
