Job description
Promote and sell/lease residential and commercial properties
Build and maintain relationships with developers for exclusive and off-plan projects
Identify and connect with other active agents and developers in the market to build a contact database
Generate and follow up on leads, build client relationships
Conduct property viewings and market analysis
Negotiate offers and close transactions
Keep listings updated on CRM and property portals
Stay updated with RERA regulations, market trends, and new project launches
Skills
A successful real estate agent in Dubai should have strong communication and negotiation skills, deep market knowledge of local laws and trends, and the ability to network effectively with developers, agents, and clients. They must be persuasive, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. Multilingual ability is an added advantage to serve a diverse client base.
