Job Description

To research, develop, and enhance electromechanical systems and production machines used in the manufacturing of plastic products, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and alignment with operational and strategic goals.

• Study and analyze current machines and propose modifications to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Design and develop mechanical and electrical components for production equipment.
• Lead R&D projects related to automation, control systems, and machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machine performance.
• Test prototypes and new machine features in coordination with production teams.
• Support installation and commissioning of newly developed or modified machines.
• Document all R&D work and prepare technical reports.
• Research new technologies in industrial machinery, sensors, and control systems.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 3+ years of experience in R&D or industrial machinery development, preferably in plastics or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and machine testing skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
