Job Description

• Monitor and evaluate dyeing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect dyed fabrics for color accuracy, fastness, shade consistency, and other defects.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing of dyed samples (e.g., pH, fastness to washing/light/rubbing).
• Identify root causes of dyeing defects such as uneven shade, streaks, or color variation.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
• Collaborate with dyeing technicians, machine operators, and lab personnel to troubleshoot process issues.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records for traceability and compliance.
• Assist in calibrating and maintaining lab and testing equipment.
• Conduct audits of dye house operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards related to chemical handling and wastewater.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least  years of experience in textile dyeing or quality control within a dye house environment.
• Strong knowledge of dyeing techniques, fabric types, and color matching principles.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and textile testing methods (e.g., AATCC, ISO, ASTM).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
