Job Description

• Fit-out site engineer with experience in interior finishing (architecture degree is required)
• Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with building codes
• Monitor project progress and schedule
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise at the site
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Ensure that safety standards and regulations are followed at all times
• Perform site inspections to ensure work is being done according to design specifications
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and estimates
•  Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Knowledge of blacksmithing and carpentry work inside the construction site and supervision of workers
