Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Fit-out site engineer with experience in interior finishing (architecture degree is required)
- Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with building codes
- Monitor project progress and schedule
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise at the site
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Ensure that safety standards and regulations are followed at all times
- Perform site inspections to ensure work is being done according to design specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and estimates
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Knowledge of blacksmithing and carpentry work inside the construction site and supervision of workers
