Job Description

Main tasks

• Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues
• To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff
• Prepare halls supervisors KPIs before being reviewed by production manager
• Vacations, lateness and exception approvals before final approval of production manager
• Reviewing weekly plans with halls supervisors ensuring complete awareness of it
• Total production lines supervising to ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly plan being achieved as per designed and pre-measured
• Data revision of ERP system for warehouse movement, verifying quantities moved from/to production
• Part of go live team into ERP system
• Ensuring HSE regulations, 5S and regular quality control factors to products
• Establishing innovation projects within his team plus encouraging them to do so
• Preparing monthly report before being reviewed by production manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree: Production Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience
