Job Description
- Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipment in the factory and distribute the work on the staff.
- Assists the Electrical Section Head / Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.
- Analyse and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers.
- Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.
- Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.
- Prioritises and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.
- Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants.
- Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
- Participate in all the meetings of the department.
- Prepare a report of the needs of the factory from spare parts.

- Responsibilities according to RACI matrix currently adopted in FINE Egypt.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, preferably Electro-Mechanical.
- A minimum of 2-4 years stretching experience in a commercial/industrial enterprise maintenance/production environment.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong internal customer focus.
