Job Description

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including process instructions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ( mechanical or mechanics ) engineering , preferably at government university .
• 5 To 7 Years of relevant experience in similar positions.
• preferably experience at steel manufacturing
