Job Description

• Supervise and inspect on-site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Conduct material inspections, workmanship assessments, and raise NCRs when required.
• Coordinate with construction teams and site supervision to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is completed and maintained properly.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure site readiness.
• Report regularly to the QA/QC Manager on site quality performance.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of a professional engineer
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering
