Salary:                                           up to 7.8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and upselling incentive

A new Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, celebrated for its outstanding service and world-class hospitality

Job Description:

• Assist in setting up the bar area, ensuring that all necessary equipment, glassware, liquor, and garnishes are stocked and properly arranged.
• Work closely with the management team to familiarize the drink menu and ensure proper knowledge of all ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and preparing beverages quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in training other bartenders and bar staff on proper service standards, drink preparation, and hygiene practices.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to CIS, European, South African and Arabic nationalities preferably 38 years old and below.
• Degree or certification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a bartender, ideally in an Italian restaurant, or high-end luxury establishments is a must.
• Experience with pre-opening operations and bar setup is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, bartending techniques, and drink presentation, with a focus on Italian cocktails and beverages
