Job Description

AG Luxury Properties is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has at least basic experience in real estate or property management and is eager to grow in the Dubai real estate market.

Location: Office 910, Sheikha Noura Tower, Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and managing tenancy contracts, renewals, and terminations
  • Support Ejari registration and cancellation processes (via Dubai REST app or approved centers)
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and government bodies to collect and submit required documentation
  • Update and manage property listings and CRM systems
  • Arrange property viewings and communicate with brokers/agents
  • Track rental payments, prepare invoices/receipts, and monitor outstanding dues
  • Draft and review lease agreements, NOCs, and other real estate documents
  • Handle client inquiries in person, by phone, and email professionally
  • Maintain compliance records related to DLD and RERA
  • Support property handover/takeover procedures, including inspections and key management
  • Perform general office administration, filing, and supply management

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in real estate administration or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures, Ejari, DLD, and RERA is preferred
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of UAE tenancy or labor laws is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
