Job summary

Our partner, an Architectural and Interior Design firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, (CMA preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE in a finance role.
• At least 2 years in a similar Finance role, preferably within the construction, architecture, or interior design sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to senior management for operational and strategic decisions.
• Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow management, revenue reporting, supplier payments, and expense controls.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).
