About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket Services team. The ideal candidate will support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial power tools (pneumatic and electric) sold by our company. This role involves hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Aftermarket Support, on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Technical Service & Repairs, Conduct planned and when necessary or needed to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
Documentation & Reporting, Complete detailed service reports, inspection forms, and job cards, Report tool condition, work performed, parts used, and customer feedback.
Customer Relations, maintain a professional and helpful attitude on-site, Support sales and service departments with technical insights as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in industrial equipment or tools (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic/electric systems and mechanical components.
- System Diagnostic: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Good troubleshooting and hands-on skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Owning a car is a plus.
- Good communication in Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel for on-site jobs as required.
