Job Description

• Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for residential, commercial projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of renovation and upgrade projects as needed..

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in maintenance engineering within construction, facilities, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
