Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Fortinet security solutions to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FortiGate firewalls, FortiAP wireless access points, FortiSwitches, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiAuthenticator, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats and seamless network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy secure network solutions using Fortinet products.
- Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
- Integrate FortiAPs and FortiSwitches into enterprise networks.
- Utilize FortiAnalyzer for log management, threat analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor network traffic and security events to detect and respond to incidents.
- Implement identity and access management using FortiAuthenticator.
- Enforce multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and system tuning.
- Troubleshoot network and security issues across Fortinet devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in network security engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet products: FortiGate, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator.
- Proficiency in routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies.
- Fortinet NSE 4 or higher (NSE 5, NSE 6, NSE 7 are a plus).
- CCNA Security, CEH, or other relevant certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
