Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

We appoint a customer service representative to assist our customers, direct them to the requirements they are looking for, guide them to the details of the games in the center, offers and prices, café and restaurant services, and create the right atmosphere for practicing games in which full service and customer satisfaction are provided.

Managing customer inquiries and complaints, you will also be required to process requests, amendments and escalate complaints via a number of communication channels.

Requiring a good job in this role, you must be able to remain calm when customers get frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• SOCIAL MEDIA and Marketing analyses report.

His/her job is to oversee, manage, and maintain mechanical and arcade machines.

Skills

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using Computers, PC Games and Arcade.
• Experience working with customer support.
