Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Performance Reports: Prepare detailed reports showcasing property sales status.
- Customer Retention: Assist in developing and implementing ideas to retain customers.
- Market Promotion: Promote products in the market using strategies that maximize sales.
- Needs Analysis: Discover customers' needs and offer solutions through our services or products.
- Promotional Strategies: Utilize promotional methods like phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build lasting business relationships.
- Innovative Solutions: Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
- Client Meetings: Meet with clients in different areas to discuss or make deals.
- Presentations and Transactions: Create presentations, answer client questions, and manage transactions.
- Compliance: Follow all relevant sales department policies, processes, procedures, and instructions, ensuring work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- At least 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Residency in Makkah.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
