Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities of LV panel assembly.
• Generate regular kick off meeting for the production team for every project
•  Plan production schedules and allocate tasks to technicians and workers.
• Ensure all panels are assembled, wired, and tested according to IEC standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels of electrical schneider and local components and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Perform quality assurance at various stages of the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in assembly or wiring during production.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations in the workshop.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce
