Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the Gift shop and its store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires attention to detail, follow-up ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Inventory Management: Close monitoring of inventory using the store's software to ensure product availability and avoid shortages or surpluses.

•Customer Order Handling and Partnership Expansion: Managing customer order-related emails, ensuring quick and effective responses. This role goes beyond merely responding to inquiries to include leveraging every interaction as an opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing customers and discover new opportunities to sign supply contracts for souvenir gifts and artifacts with organizers of major local and international events, festivals, and occasions through effective communication and building strong networks.

•Logistics Oversight: Overseeing shipping and delivery operations to ensure gifts reach customers on time and in optimal condition.

Skills

• Excellent social communication skills.
• Passion, commitment, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers (both within Saudi Arabia and globally).
• Attention to detail, follow-up ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license (urgent).
• Transferable Iqama for non-Saudis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or accounting.
