Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Excel).
2. Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and track invoices; verify and post receipts; follow up on payments from clients.
3. Data Entry: Input and update financial data in databases and spreadsheets.
4. Report Generation: Support in preparing financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
5. Filing & Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
6. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
7. Other Administrative Tasks: Support general office administration and assist the finance team as needed.
