We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Property Consultant to join our team and help expand our services by providing new listings.
Position:
Property Consultant (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with property owners and landlords to onboard their properties for short-term rentals.
- Represent the company in front of the camera, participating in video content, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
- Market and promote the properties to potential guests through various online platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and ensuring smooth booking processes.
- Achieve sales and booking targets through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the overall guest experience and drive company growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales goals.
- Freshers are welcome! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus but not required.
